BSODs and random crashes by almost doing anything

Hello all,

This is my second post in this forum. I have posted a thread about this problem somewhere else in this forum and then I was asked to follow instructions and rules. So I have followed those instructions and now Im here.

First of all thank you for spending time and reading what I have to say about my windows problems.

Hello everyone,
This is my firs time posting something here. I have tried some other forum in order to find a solution or solutionS to my problems.

I installed my sql server 2013 and immidiately after the installation my computer's fan started to stay on more and my RAM was occupied more (about 25%) (I have 12 GB of RAM on my pc). Then the random crashes started. Crashes happened even when I was only working on Google chrome or Internet Explorer.

I googled a little bit and found out that something happens and memory starts to fill with scripts and it just adds up and it causes crashes. So I started task manager and ended the proccess of "mysql" and "sqlwriter" which gave me a little more time before a crash.

So I decided to reinstall windows. I reinstalled windows 7 Home Premium and the problem still exists. I have gotten three different blue screens. Here are links to photos I have taken from my screen:

What I did: I googled all those errors and found two hotfix files from microsoft support website and installed them. Nothing happened, meaning, it didnt help at all.

Also I have installed CCleaner and tried to fix registry which didnt help either.

could you please help me out?

1. Remove Kaspersky and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials, see if that provides more stability.

Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software.

3. Memtest86+
Run Memtest86+ for at least 8-10 passes. It may take up to 20 passes to find problems. Make sure to run it once after the system has been on for a few hours and is warm, and then also run it again when the system has been off for a few hours and is cold. How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+

   Note
Pay close attention to part 3 of the tutorial in order to rule the faulty RAM stick out.

   Tip
Do this test overnight.

Step 1 Results:

I uninstalled Kaspersky and installed Microsoft security essential. It did not change the stability. Sometimes during turning on the pc (booting up) it crashes at the windows logo :O


Step 2 Results:

I followed all the steps and did a SFC /scannnow test and "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

Im going to go over Step 3 tonight. but just a quick note! I have done something before but Im not sure if its relevant or not. I have restarted the computer and pressed F8 while windows was booting up and tried to Diagnize Memory and it got stuck at step 1 at 93%. My mouse (obviously mouse wouldnt work in DOS mode) and keyboard (Im guessing keyboard should work because there were options to select such as F1 and ESC) stopped working, meaning there were no lights no nothing on them.

I dont know what went wrong but SQL Server 2013 messed up something in my system, corrupting something in there. I'll go over step 3 tonight and will post the results tomorrow.

step 3 in progress: so far the test has been going on for 12 hours and 6 steps have gone through without any errors. Im gonna let it finish till step 8 and hopefully then we can say that its not a problem from Memory.

Then I will be going over troubleshooting steps for windows 7.

I just have a quick question! Is there any order of installing drivers? Meaning, which driver has a higher priority to install first and which has the next priority and etc?

And could a .Net framework have anything to do with my problem? Because when I reinstalled windows 7 home premium and then installed my graphics card driver, the first error after a reboot was regarding .Net framework 4! it asked me to installed that before it could launch CCC program (for my ATI Readon HD 5800 series graphics card).

Why are you asking about drivers? Is this for a reinstall? It explains how drivers are best handled in Win7 in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. Be sure to enable Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3) then run all rounds of Important and Optional Windows Updates. Only import any drivers still missing in Device Manager, or if the driver is problematic and needs updating, reinstall or rolling back.

I would also not run the CCC bloatware unless you need special settings it offers for overclocking, which I would also not do. You only need the display driver package, not CCC. I would uninstall it and then run all Windows Updates to pick up the driver Win7 wants to see how that works.
