Hi.

This has been a problem that's happened a few times but is happening more and more frequently. I know very little about computers so it's really confused me as to why it's happening, I've only had my laptop for 2 years and as far as I'm aware, I haven't done anything in particular to set it off. I've used the SF_Diagnostic_Tool and the result zip file is attached.

Does anyone know what I can do to sort this out? Thanks!
