My PC was perfectly stable for 7 months, but now after installing fresh OS, I get BSods regularly.

I have a 4 last minidumps.

I think that something is wrong with Atheros because of minidumps pointing to driver L1E62x64 all the time. I had remove old drivers and install newest.

Can anyone help?

Your Atheros AR8121/AR8113/AR8114 PCI-E Ethernet Controller is the cause, update the driver from your Network card manufacturer's website

Code:
BugCheck D1, {28, 2, 0, fffff880016b5c1e}

*** ERROR: Symbol file could not be found. Defaulted to export symbols for ndis.sys -

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for L1E62x64.sys
Probably caused by : L1E62x64.sys ( L1E62x64+76b8 )

Update this driver from Creative Technology Ltd(might be a sound card) http://www.creative.com/

Ok, the Atheros drivers are updated, but is it necessarily to update this creative game port? I can't find this separate driver I found only exe pack, for Audigy 2 ZS I have support pack from daniel_k which was good before I install new OS.

Can I simply turn off the creative game port? I don't use it.

Sorry, but it doesn't work :(

Another minidump file, BSoD about 40 minutes ago.

edit: Could it be that the problem is faulty win7 pro x64 DVD? My system was stable long time before I installed fresh OS. After that I had BSoDs. I installed fresh OS about few times more, but the results was the same, regularly BSoDs.

DVD is made from MSDNAA .iso

Your Atheros is still the cause. Disable it temporarily and see if BSODs continue

At this time i think that the problem was Atheros. It is turned off and i don't get bsods. My CPU is overclocked to 3600MHz and its stable by now, before that i get bsods with OC about every 4 hours or less.

This Atheros is still the cause, I suggest to prevent it from loading, boot in safe mode and go to C:\Windows\System32, locate L1E62x64.sys and rename it to L1E62x64.sys.old

Ok, thanks for advise.

Attached the last BSoD, 5 minutes ago.

Edit: If I prevent this driver from loading, the Atheros will not be working. Am I right?
