I am throwing in the towel on trying to fix it myself not sure if I am making it worse or just wasting time/money. I have been getting blue screens for awhile now at first they were memory control so I ran memtest86 came back clean so did an RMA on my motherboard ran fine for a bit then back at it again. After that ran memtest again still clean replaced an old hard drive, upgraded to legitimate version of windows 7, and even bought a Fix it program in hope of getting rid of these blue screens but absolutely no luck. So I come to you all in high hopes since ESO is coming out this weekend and I would like to be able to download and play blue screen free.

Thank you all in advance and let me know if you need any more information

You appear to have issues with your HDD, you can do two things.
One is to run a chkdsk to scan and fix errors on your HDD.
Please follow these instructions on how to run a chkdsk.

Then can you please run Seatools to see if your HDD is failing.
Follow these instructions.

Can you also remove your Avast anti virus as it appears to be causing problems. Can you please install Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes as a replacement.

Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

Status Update

So its back at it a little more specific now it is coming up as memory_managment. Should note that I have done a complete reinstall. Just have the basics installed but it pretty much happens in the middle of my elder scrolls launcher once the launcher stops working and I try to do anything afterwards it crashes to that blue screen.
