Have been getting BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER crash pretty randomly for about the last month or so. I didn't make any big hardware or software changes so I can't figure out what the problem is. It doesn't seem to be linked to any specific USB device being connected either.
I reformatted my system when the BSOD started, which solved the problem for a few weeks, but it's come back again. I also tried following the USB driver steps (http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/165554-usb-driver-general-fix-problems.html#post1417126), which seemed to work for a little while. I followed the tutorial again last night, though, and got the BSOD this morning. Also updated drivers as best I could. The BSOD happens at random intervals--I'll go a week without getting it and then it will crash 3 times in one day.
Any help would be appreciated. I've attached a zip with the dump files (hopefully done correctly).
