IT has a very good cooler, better than the PNY and twice the GDDR5 (dedicated graphics RAM) .

Yes the CPU will come with a cooler, it's very handy to keep papers from blowing away. Even running without overclocks Haswell can get very hot, and it's very noisy, like a small jet turbine.

I recommend this one at least. I have it and installed 2 fans in push/pull configuration.

Ok Thank you. Does that Cooler Master fan needs paste before putting it? and Is that also gonna fit in my MoBo?

It will come with pre-applied paste, but I remove it and use Arctic Silver 5, but all CPU cooler plates HAVE to have paste on them. It will fit very easily on your board, it has parts for all Intel LGA sockets to date and AMD sockets too.

I think it was mentioned to use 91% isopropyl alcohol to remove paste.

Just one thing to pay attention to is the thermal paste when fitting your CPU with an after market cooler. Arctic Silver is a good paste and the application instructions are here

Even if you don't use Arctic Silver, their guidelines are worthwhile.
Don't overdo the application of the paste. More can be worse.
Also, it's not Sir (appreciate the politeness) it's Michael.

The Artic Silver link (post 36) shows how to apply the thermal paste for different CPUs. I use high purity isopropyl alcohol 99.7% Helmar ISO PRO and coffee filters make good lint free cleaners.

I've also read the Haswell CPUs run hot like mentioned above and have no idea how they behave when overclocked. I'd be monitoring the core temperatures when your system is up and running.

Round two of little upgrades I would consider a better CPU cooler of either air or sealed loop water. Just when assembling see if the cases opening in the back will allow for an easy swap of the mobo cpu back plate? If not then I strongly would consider the upgrade now.

The Seasonic 850W 80 Plus Gold would be a excellent choice if it's in the budget. I would recommend you get a performance air cooler (EVO212) or a AIO water cooler (Glacer 240L) for the cpu. These can require a change of the mounting hardware at the cpu and must be done with the mobo out of the case.

The evo212 is gtg and offers close to the same cooling as the smaller aio h2o coolers. What case did you decide to get?

Nothing like a case with a sturdy handle for moving around and maintenance like cleaning and stuff. Any of these will take a 240mm sealed loop water cooled system and possibly even take a 280mm like a NZXT Kraken like I run in my CoolerMaster Stryker.
