Building my PC

I think 8GB in a w7 X64 system is the "sweet spot" unless one runs several virtual machines, uses AutoCAD ro something like that. I have 16GB and rarely see more than 4-5GB in use.

Asus Maximus VI Hero. You can get it for a good price -sometimes lower than the Asus Z80 pro - especially in a bundle. I like that I can control 3 case fans and a CPU fan independently. Nice features and bundled software as well.

If you plan to overclock any significant amount with a Haswell, yes - a closed loop even like the Swiftech H220.

Same case as mine only black. The NZXT Kraken X60 fits in the top with no issues and I have mine pulling cool air through the filtered top.

New and I'm sure it's a good quality unit, 120mm noisy fans that I'd want to replace but that's me. 140mm fans normally slower and less noisy. More surface area on the rad the better but any 240mm or 280mm rad will do a good job.
