I always wanted a system that would better edit video. I kept seeing all these gaming rigs advertised for 2K+. A year or so ago I thought why not build my own.
Really it took literally no time at all. A few weeks of research and a perusal of new egg. The build was done in a day. And I got everything right the first time.
Then last Christmas I also built my son one with no problems.

For research I used five sites: thevideoguys, Mechbgone, mysuperpc, maximumpc, and new egg.
Just jump into it, no need all this waiting. It really is too easy.
