The Video card you have chosen is worse then Intel HD
I am trying my best to come up with a combination good enough to help you out
if you are not overclocking you can run stock cooler till you get more money to add one
Also a SSD isn't needed if you are doing normal task you will only notice boot speeds not so much when running programs once you are in windows
I suggest getting a decent PSU 650watt and video card 7850 would be the lowest I would use to play crisis
