(C:) Partition Keep Reducing, How Do I Find The Hidden Files ?

So, my C: partition keep reducing it's available space, don't know why, don't know how. I tried using WinDirStat to see where the piling data was, but it seeedm that the application couldn't help me at all.
My C used 63 GB according to the WinDirStat, but my System properties, said my C used 86 GB of it.

Have any of you experienced same thing?
if any of you could help me with this, i'll be very grateful

In WinDirStat Options check Show Unknown
If the space is unknown, try WizTree.

System Restore Points can also eat up some HD space. I think Windows 7 automatically does one a week. Do you know how many SRPs are on the HD? If no SRPs, ignore this post
