There really aren't that many options with this case. I have the case at my office on 3 different computers. Can you post a picture of what your inside looks like currently...might be able to make some suggestions of better ways to route the cables.

I have an Antec 300. The options for cable management are practically none, the case is very small compared to the latest computer cases which are now bigger; the 300 has no cutout holes to run cables through so that makes it more difficult.

There is a small little cut-out to hide your cables behind the hard drive cage. If you have a non-modular PSU, you can push all your cables through that side and keep them concealed and zip tie the the cables that you are not using to the HDD cage. That is all I can think of for decent cable management, its really not that much.

If airflow/cable management is a concern, I suggest buying a more up-to-date case like a Cooler Master. IMHO, Antec cases are very outdated, and are hardly revised or updated.

I don't really see any blockage issues. In your situation, tying up the cables won't really improve cooling. It comes down to aesthetics, but not cooling, because of how roomy your case is. :)

My problem right now is when I'm gaming my temperatures soar up to 75 degrees. I dont know if something is wrong or not. When I game the processor jumps from 20W to like 115W heating it up... any Idea?

First, clean your fans. They seem to be full of dirt and dust. Then, tie together and bundle as many of the cables as you can. Perhaps put your hard drives closer together to keep your wiring to those all in one area.
