Recently my WLM elected to lose all my folders. I sort of found out how to solve that but now it has done the same with my calendar. All the events are gone!!!!!! HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP. I found what looks like a backup file in
C:\Users\Paul\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail\Calendars\Failed\1CE3C4D7743E5C9\Backup\new but what the hell do I do with it.
Paul (desperate)

I am not sure what sort of restore you are referring to. I would like simply to restore WLM.

I am having various probs with WLM. Several time it has started up with 'Restoring database' and I am now suspecting it is the culprit in causing horrendous performance (disk usage) on my PC plus several recent crashes.

Any thoughts?

Hi Paul,
type 'system restore' in the start menu 'search programs and files' box.

What version of WLM are you using. Are you using it signed-in.
What mail account do you use in WLM, is it POP or IMAP.
