First, thanks to all of you who dedicate your time and effort to educating the rest of us on what to look for and assistance in resolving these issues. I purchased Call of Duty Advanced Warfare prior to Christmas and installed. The game plays for about five min, then locks up. Steam Forums and COD Forums are full of same problems with no real fixes. Steam released a patch upgrade which I confirmed is in place. My computer is a ASUS I7-4960X at 3.60GHz. Video is a GTX 760 with 2 gig of memory. I hope someone can review and point me and others in the right direction. Very Much Appreciated. The Dump file is 1.4 Gig Zipped!

Normally, I will stand by my opinion that the CoD Modern Warfare games are the best ports to date but, By Far, this one is the worst.

I can only suggest to update your video and audio drivers to the latest ones, avoid Betas unless you know what you are doing. Uninstall the game first, install the drivers, run Ccleaner to get rid of any remnants of the game and then install the game again to see if that helps.

Not knowing anything about Steam I can not help any further.

First thing to do is check integrity of game cache in Steam. Right click the game in your Library and go to Properties (if I remember correctly, I'm at work and can't check right now). If you get any new downloads for AW, let Steam install them.

Also, poke around your in-game settings and see if checking/unchecking "preload textures/shaders" (or something like that) does anything.

Also, yeah, the COD games are getting worse and worse on the PC with each release, especially after MW2.
MW2 had an awesome multiplayer AND it ran at 60FPS, believe it or not. Now THAT'S an awesomely optimized video game, not like today's AC:U and other shenanigans!
