Server 2008 share with Active Directory. All other shares on server can be accessed with no problems at all.
When I try to access \\servername\faculty I get the error message:
"Windows cannot access \\servername\faculty. You do not have permissions to access \\servername\faculty. Contact your network administrator to request access.
If I access by IP address \\192.168.1.250\faculty it loads fine.
I have:
Removed and re-added computer from domain.
Release and renewed IP and flushed DNS.
Deleted the share, re-created it, and re-assigned the user's rights.
Any other thoughts/suggestions? Thanks!
