I was looking for a program that would make the windows transparent, so that I can watch some videos in the background while broswing internet, or working some less serious stuff. I have never tried that one, but I have tried this Glass2k : Chime Softwares and it'll make window or application transparent by right clicking on it and setting the transparency.
