Can I delete 100 mg system reserved with clean install

I want to do a complete clean install of Windows 7. Will download from Microsoft software recovery.

I am a little confused about deleting the "100 mg system reserved" and if to format or not.


I am using the tutorial on here and am stuck on this item.

If your doing a clean install you can delete all partitions don't create new ones let windows do it as it's then like a brand new drive with no partitions on it

That is what I thought but was not quite sure.

If you don`t have a Retail or System builder key you won`t be able to download W7 from that site.

Yes , I have a oem key and couldn't download it.
Turns out the amd graphics driver went missing for some reason?
Did an update for it and all is well now
