can I delete Windows Live Setup Folder

Trying to conserve space on Solid State drive.

I see a folder under Appdata == Microsoft ==> Windows Live ===> Setup taking 290MB of space.

I do not use Windows Live --- can I delete this folder w/o screwing things up or is there another process I should follow to get rid of this ?

Should be okay. Delete it but leave it in the Recycle bin. If a problem occurs, restore it, otherwise empty the recycle bin.
