Can I keep 64 bit Viso along with 32 bit office 2013?

I have Visio 2010 64bit and just recieved office 2013 from work 32 bit. It will not allow me to install office while still having visio 64 bit installed. I got the visio from a collage website while in school and no longer have the key, it looks like when I try to open it, it is trying to install office all over again since I uninstalled office 2010. so, how can I keep this?

Can you provide some snips of the errors? I don't quite understand what's going on, Visio is trying to install Office.
