Hi, I have a Quick Action which moves the open email to the Archive folder for me. I can access it by clicking it in the dropdown when clicking the Quick Actions button: (The lightning bolt)

Is there a way I can make this Quick Action be performed just by clicking an icon in the Quick Access Toolbar; rather than clicking Quick Actions, then the action in the dropdown. Is there an easier way to do this using another feature I do not know otherwise?

It's a small problem I have with Outlook 2010; in Mail for Windows 10 there's a native thing to move an email to the Archive folder. I'm not a big fan of deleting emails; and I've got email archives now dating back to 2016. It's helpful for having an empty inbox because there's nothing I need to address, but I can retrospectively look up an email from a while back - if needed.
I'm just trying to save clicks, if I can't do this; I guess I'll start adjusting to dragging the email from the list to the folder in the Navigation Pane. :-)
