Can I play Windows Store Games in Windows 7?

Hello!

Sorry if this has been asked before, just point me to the appropriate thread. Recently I have installed Windows 8.1 in my computer and I enjoy playing Microsoft Mahjong, downloaded free from Windows Store. I understand that I can download it for free and install it in any computer running Windows 8, 8.1 or the RT equivalent versions. I wonder if there is any way to download it and play it in a computer running an older version of Windows, such as Windows Vista or 7? I have read about some tools to play them offline and even save them to disk to install in another computer running Windows 8 without using the Windows Store, but is it possible to play them in Windows 7 as well? I talk about the new Microsoft Mahjong with fancy graphics and themes, not about Vista's and 7's Mahjong Titans! Is there a desktop version for Microsoft Mahjong? If there isn't one, is there any way to play it in older Windows versions? (Windows Store emulator?)

No, there is no way to play it on older versions of Windows, it used features that are only part of Windows 8, which is Metro.

Hello! Happy New Year!

In that case, do you know if there is any desktop clone (third party, of course, I don't think Microsoft would allow that)? I have played Mahjong Titans in Vista and 7 million times, but this new version is totally different. I like the new themes and I wouldn't mind enjoying them outside Windows 8.
