Then they should be OK, just one question what make/model/wattage power supply will you be using

That will do what you want now but if in the future you want to upgrade the Hardware you will need to upgrade the power supply as well because Dell use the smallest wattage cheapest Power supply they can get.
See if you can get an optional free upgrade to windows 7 as vista Home BASIC is very basic.
