Can I retrieve my info?

I had windows 7 home premium and used a new 'cleanup' disc to load Win 7 pro. It flushed all my files and pictures. Can I recover them? Or, is it a total loss? Thanks, Lee

Recuva is the only free program that I know of with a decent chance of recovering files however if they have been overwritten (which they likely have) then more than likely you won't be able to. Don't expect much especially if you selected the option for a full format. Download Recuva | Recover deleted files, free!
