Can my data be saved? I couldn't get into normal windows nor safe mode

so here's the problem. A few months ago, my computer suddenly stopped working, after a day before I used it properly and shut it down properly. A month later, I took out the hard disk and figured out if I could take out the data on the other computer. But I didn't have an external hard disk to copy the files, so I put the internal hard drive in my drawer and wait till I saved enough money. When I already have had enough money, I figured out where to run this internal hard disk, but it didn't turned out so good, my internal hard drive didn't manage to get into windows nor safe mode. When the "starting windows" appear, BSOD showed up for less than a second. And the start up repair kept appearing. I tried to do system restore, but it didn't work either. It just did "attempting repairs" but it came up with error message and it was not even completed.

What should I do now? Has the system restore I did deleted the files in drive D and E? I need most of the data in that internal hard drive. I parted the hard drive into 3 parts, drive C, D, and E. It's ok for me to lose the data in drive C, as long as I can save the drive D and E. Please help me.

Win7 can't be expected to start on different hardware. You can attempt to adjust it to start by booting Paragon Adaptive Restore CD freeware to P2P Adjust the OS to start on new hardware.

You'll also want to make sure none of your repair attempts changed the Partition Marked Active from the 100mb System Reserved (preferred if you have it) or C partition, as can sometimes happen if another HD is plugged in during repairs or reinstall - so unplug all other HD's first. Once you confirm the Active partition if Win7 won't start outright then run Startup Repair - Run up to 3 Separate Times.

If these fail you can still rescue your data to the external by slaving the Win7 HD to another OS HD, or by booting the Win7 installer or System Repair Disk to Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console or by using Paragon Rescue Kit Free Edition 11.0 Free CD.

Data should always be backed up externally against HD failure. You would know your HD has failed because it isnt' detected in BIOS setup by any of the above repair/rescue CD's.
