I want to buy Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare 2, but I'm not sure if my new laptop can take it. Here are the specs (similar to my old one, which is broken):

2.1 GHz AMD Athlon x2 QL-65
Hard Drive 320GB 5400RPM
512MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3400
IDT High Definition Audio
Standard 14.1 inches display at 1280x800 resolution

Will it run good on medium settings?
