Solved Can no longer create new folders

I just noticed today that I can no longer create new folders.

I don't know how long this has been going on.

From the right, it is no longer an option on the desktop or in any folder in explorer.

Withing explorer, I can click on New Folder, but it doesn't do anything.

Any thoughts???

Reimage Repair was quarantined by Malwarebytes, and I can't run it.

Can you do an update on Malwarebytes? It was having some serious issues the other day, and they issued an update which fixed it.

Do you mean the .reg file from the downloaded .zip in step 5?

There should be no reason for it to get quarantined. You should be able to allow it if wanted.

Yes downloading "Folder_New_Context_Ment_Item" worked.

Do you have an easy way to fix my printer options?

I click on Devices and Printers, and get the never ending green status bar
