Can no longer play some downloaded Video clips

I have quite a few Video clips that I've downloaded from the Internet over the years, and after I updated RealPlayer, some of these are no longer playable. Even the name of the clip is somehow kept from showing itself on the screen.
Does somebody know what the cause for this is, and how I can again access these Video clips that are on my PC?

To play a video you need a codec to decode them so you may need to download them you can check video with MediaInfo - Screenshots
