I have tried to get the identity safe toolbar in Internet Explorer to show but it is not. It is enabled but not there. I tried the downloading and running the remove and reinstall tool from Symantec, but it uninstalled then did not reinstall. Had to start all over again. I have Windows 7 which I did a clean install this week, I have very few programs installed, but NIS was my priority. I disabled the Anti Spam because last time it seemed to be the cause of Identity Safe not working. I don't know what else to do.

I'm wondering if Norton Identity Safe is similar to Costco/IdentityGuard's IDVault. If so, I got my C/IG IDV working. Then discovered the vault depended upon the open Firefox's innards to function, and my banking was hampered, so I uninstalled the IDVault. My Avast's VM protection had to be turned off; I'm wondering if your NIS has a similar Virtual Machine protection that needs to be turned off or tweaked somehow.

Can someone help me with Norton Identity Safe Toolbar

Thanks Roland JS I solved it myself, with a little help from Google. I found that if I disable Norton Toolbar in the manage add-ons then close IE and restart my computer. Well, I did that and restarted IE and enabled the toolbar and there it was. So this is now solved.
