Can someone read my Dump files?

Hey everyone so I've been having some issues lately with my laptop bluescreening randomly. I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and can't seem to figure out what exactly is the issue with my computer. I've run chkdsk and have found no bad sectors as well as ran memtest 86 for 5 passes on each stick and came back ok. Also ran sfc /scannow and it came back with no errors. When I do get a blue screen the error it says is something like IRQL_DRIVER or something along those lines...so maybe it's possibly a driver issue? All my drivers have been updated.

So I attached 4 dump files and was wondering if someone could read them for me and possibly point me in the right direction?

Remove Zone Alarm.

Zone Alarm Removal tool -> http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/free/support/cpes_clean.exe (run in Safe Mode without Networking)

Also - turn driver verifier on

Thanks, I deleted Zone Alarm and haven't gotten a blue screen since. Set up verifier as per the instructions on this site and it hasn't blue screened since.

Remember when Zone Alarm wasn't a piece of trash? Let's just label it malware.

It is definitely malware on Win 7 systems. I still use it on my XP system. I am surprised the error code was not 7E; that seems to be the ZA trademark.

That's probably it. I used it on XP without problem. I just assumed the newest versions were junk. But it's probably like you said - not win 7 compatible.

It's a shame...I've used ZA for years without problems.

Do you have any recommendations for something instead of ZA?

Sure, the Windows Firewall works great.

Reset it to make sure it's all set to go. Open an elevated command prompt and enter netsh advfirewall reset.

Best of all, it's so lightweight, you won't notice it's running. Nothing in your tray, no icon on your desktop, nothing in Programs and Features, etc.
