Ok, I had to redo the Attachment.

I've had it for today, I have no idea where the Attachment has gone.

Here is a cut and paste of it.

There's nothing in your screenshot that tells us what the driver is for. In Device Manager, on the device's Properties window, click on the Details tab and select Hardware IDs. It should look something like this. Post a screenshot, from the IDs we can work out what driver you need.

Please ignore the first one. I goofed and did not know how to delete it.

As last time, there are no Attachments.

HP has been unable to supply a Windows-7 Pro Installation Disk for years.

This includes ones for:

HP EliteDesk 800 G1
and
HP EliteDesk 8300.

I have struggled for "years" with the Windows-7 NON version SP1 missing the NIC Driver.
Why would any Company send out CD's or DVD's without this critical Driver?
Why, because they "do not listen" to anyone.

I tried the LINK.
AS usual, Nada!

I hope this works.

I'm guessing I need to change the type of Image it is.
Currently it's a PNG File (.PNG)
Is this why it's not uploading and being able to be displayed?
How can I do it?

Please reference the prior response where I include the report of PCI Devices.

I was asked to supply it by Bree.

One of those in the List is what I need however, I do not know which one, perhaps Bree does.

Best regards,

Mike Lynch

PS I reread the Response where you bolded the "I".
You are / were 100% correct.
I need to read more carefully, my apology.

The Device ID: PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5249 confirms that this is the Realtek PCIE CardReader. Samuria gave you the link to the HP support page for your HP EliteOne 800 G1 AIO: https://support.hp.com/drivers/hp-eliteone-800-g1-all-in-one-pc/5387492

On that page select W7 as the OS and 64 bit as its version. You'll find the 'Realtek PCIE Card Reader 5249 Driver-64 bit' driver listed in the 'Driver-Storage' section.
