Can you identify these customisations?

I have seen this screenshot of someone's desktop: customize.org/screenshots/65669796

Can anyone tell me what the various customisation features are? Particularly the nice taskbar toolbar thing at the bottom.

I have Rainmeter, but can't find anything quite like that for it - and I want it.

That is a Dock at the bottom is most likely one of these three I have listed. All three have free versions.

Right side + date/time in the middle-top-right is most likely Rainmeter, but I can't narrow down the skin since there is literally hundreds of thousands of skins that exist for it. You can find many skins and possibly the one in the picture from DeviantArt, although I don't recommend Rainmeter skins unless you know exactly what you're doing.

Also taskbar icons look a lot like 7Confier.
