I have a Samsung laptop with Windows7 home edition and an Epson WF3520 Wireless printer both in use for some time now.
I can print OK from any package so I assume that the driver is correctly installed. but it always defaults to an old printer which is no longer connected. I just want to change the default printer to the new one.
The problem is that nothing shows up in Devices & printers, no matter how long I wait for the bar at the top to trundle along. I have another laptop (windows 8.1) and the printer appears on there OK.
Could anyone suggest:
a. What the problem might be, or
b. An alternative way to change the default printer.
