For win 7 home premium : Let's say i have a file called test.txt. I want to make a copy of this file in the same folder. If i do a copy and paste, it will create a copy called test - copy.txt. Is there a way to change the default naming scheme so it will be named as test2 instead?

Thanks, but i dont mean renaming the file at the same time as i copy it, but changing the default naming scheme. By default it seems to be [file name] - Copy and i want to change it to something like [filename] [number].
