Solved Cannot delete locked folders from previous installation with full own
An attempt to update to the Windows 8 preview orphaned a "windows" folder and I cannot get rid of it. I have ownership and full permissions for the folder and all children. There are no corruptions in the file system and I am at a loss! I have tried all NTFS permissions, unlocker, etc. PLEASE HELP!
