I am having this issue as well. My router is a Westell ER9100 provided thru my Verizon FIOS program. Here is my "IPCONFIG" RESULTS:

Can you help us make sense of why I can't see my router which is directly connedt to my LAN desktop. Also when I attemp to "Setup a new connection or network" I am missing the 'Manual setup feature' option as well. I believe all of this is somehow tied in together. Your thoughts and ideas are greatly appreciated.
