Cannot download file after subscribing Norton 360

Hi guys, I need help. My laptop had been crashed with various Trojan attacks, no choice I needed to subscribe to Norton 360 since it was the only way out, I couldn't go to any website at that time. After that subscription done, I haven't been able to download any file. I have been using Internet Explorer and Google Chrome and all stated that "the file contained a virus and was deleted". I have disabled all add-ons and firewall of Norton 360 but it still doesn't work. Any suggestion, please? It really distracts my activities

Please explain in detail how you were able to get to a Norton download ?

Download both of the programs below and save it to your flash drive on a computer that could download . Drag both of the apps to your desktop to Run the two programs on the PC you're having an issue with .

Right click on FRST.exe and choose

When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Press Scan button.
FRST will let you know when the scan is complete and has written the FRST.txt to file
Please copy and paste both logs in your reply.(FRST.txt and Addition.txt)

   Tip

Make sure there is a check mark next to Addition.txt

Right click on FSS.exe and choose

Place a check next to the following options

• Internet Services
• Windows Firewall
• System Restore
• Security Center
• Windows Update
• Windows Defender

Press: Scan

   Note

All three text files FRST.txt , Addition.txt , and FSS.txt will be located inside your flash drive
