cannot install drivers. no intel(r) adapters are present in this compu

Hi Experts,

I have downgraded my OS from Windows 8 to windows 7.After OS change i am not able to connect to network.

I tried installing network drivers.While installing in middle of process i got a pop up stating "cannot install drivers. no intel(r) adapters are present in this computer "


I checked the old threads and uploaded below attachments,please check and let me know what i need to install to fix this issue.

Your ethernet controller is Realtek. Go to the support site from your computer vendor or motherboard is best. If needed you can also try the Gigabit ethernet driver from Realtek web site
