Solved Cannot install IE9 32bit on 64bit W7 OS! Really need help after virus!

1) accidentically got a virus from nowhere
2) examining the working, deleting harmfull dll's , msconfig -> disable all startup things, ie9 32 bit got infected, a malicius system hidden dll was found (removed with total commander)
3) replacing ie9 32 bit with ie9 64 bit (so I have two times IE installed)
4) everithing worked fine I am a gamer so I used my pc again etc etc.
5) I am a scripter for games so I like to script, Yet everithing worked fine but I did not 'test out' the compile option because I had already compiled the script on a friends PC.
6) Installing SP1
7) Wanting to update my script, compile -> crash
8) 5 days of searching for solutions, found that it uses internet exlporers ieproxy.dll , I knew what was going on.. Visual Studio is an 32 bit app and I got the 64 bit dll. So I replaced it back and My browser didn't work
9) did the steps on this topic to 'fix' it.
10) I can again normally use my PC.

I'm not sure. The reason I ask is because people like me who don't wright script and such things could not go through all that. Their must be a way of removing the virus or malware and downloading I.E 9 again and get the dll's working again with the new I.E. installed. A least I hope so.
