Cannot install MS Access DB engine 2010 - Error 0x80073712

Can someone help me?
I tried to install Microsoft Access database engine 2010 (file ver. 14.0.6119.5) but I got error message:
"Error 1935. An error occured during the installation of assembly component {9DA4DC8A-9731-3F0E-8BD5-FC17CA6848AD}. HRESUL: 0x80073712"

I tried to install this DB provider on computer with
WIN7 prof. 64-bit (DELL) SP1
MS Office 2013 32-bit.
.NET Framework 4.5.1

I tried to reinstall .NET Framework (I found some procuderes how to solve this kind of errors) but without success, still the same error message.
I have also similar computer with the same configuration (Win7 Professional 64bit + Office 2013 32bit + .Net 4.5.1) and installation succeeded without problems.

Have anyone some idea how to solve this problem? Thanx
