Cannot log into my Windows 7 user account

First of all i do not have a windows disk.
I tryed safe mode but i dont know my administrator account eather
But i have forgoten my password
Pelase help

I tryed this
I installed on a usb drive the reset password thing from my friends pc its home premium
But when i tryed to change password it said that wizzard has failed to change password
Any idieas?

The disk locked to your friends PC.

Unzip the attachment and run it from the command prompt

When you boot in Safe mode are you just seeing your Account or do you see additional account called administrator ??

First extract the file from the changepw.zip file to the desktop.

Now go to Start > Run, and type cmd. You should se C:\Users\yourusername.

Now type Desktop, hit Enter, Noe type changepw

Wait, do you have multiple accounts on your machine,or just one?

Nvm i fixed it
After 8 hours of hell
I finaly understood that i hade a Restore tool on my Main boot.
