Need help please! Running Win7/64, spec's as shown in My Spec's.
I have > 1,200 pics and was using Google Picasa to import, edit and catalogue. Picasa crashed, all the pics were of course still in 'My Pictures' but in a mess. I downloaded them to a 32 GB USB key, uninstalled Picasa and deleted all pics in My Pictures. Installed Photo Viewer, tried to print from it, unsuccessful. Downloaded Photo Gallery part of Windows Live Essentials, tried again, no joy. I had already checked that Photo Viewer and Photo Gallery were the Print Default option for all Picture formats. I have aslo tried to print direct from My Pictures, no joy. I tried Microsoft Support, without acknowledgement.
This is driving me crackers, I could print from Picasa but I have no intention of reinstalling a programme that crashes and disorganises my picture library. I am at a loss as to my next move. Thanks for any help.
