Solved cannot reach certain web sites

I have windows 7, McAfee for security. Problem is I cannot get to certain sites it says (this site cannot be reached) Reload. This happens mostly on banking sites or government sites. I can reach some parts of a site but when I want to go to different links within that site it blocks me.

Strange as this might seem I can access it with my samsung galaxy-7 no problem and then when I go back to my PC it will then let me access the site and all its links. This does not work all the time however.

I have disengaged McAfee with no difference. I use bookmarks at times, links and other times just a google search it seems to make no difference. HELP

This is just a wild question -- is the computer also running, from time to time, or always running, any sort of CleanMyPC, MakeFasterMyPC, SlimDownMyPC programs?

No crazy programs are running. I shut my PC down every night. I have tried three browsers IE,Chrome and firefox

Check your date and time are correct
Difference would be Mcafee it is pretty much the worst security you can choose
