cannot setup my bluetooth headset as default device

Hello I'm getting desperate all driver correct installed com ports are right device are installed and get recognized but can't set as default divice everything is greyed out.Firstpic i got the failure message turn on your device 2nd 4rd pic everything is greyed out How can i fix this problem

try it when there connected.

Do you have a an Audio manager in your control panel - if so set the defaults there.

thank you for the quick response unfortunately I don't have an audio manager I have no idea where the problem could be because I have aslo re install everything.
