Cannot switch mouse to Secondary Monitor

I have my toolbar on my secondary monitor and I can't switch to the secondary monitor with my mouse as it used to. I also have my Control Panel on the secondary monitor so I cant open it, and I don't know what would happen if I restart or shut down my computer. I could only open some programs up with icons on my primary monitor. I'm pretty worried here.

Hi, welcome to the Forum.

Have you tried using the Windows Key & the P key at the same time, which should open a selection of monitor set ups & you can use the arrow keys to switch from one to the other.
