Cannot View/print WEI, need some help.

Hello, I have Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit and my WEI rating is currently 5.9. I can successfully calculate the WEI but I cannot view each individual hardware component rating. I know you need to click on "View and print detailed performance and system information" but it isn't available for me to click on. In fact, it doesn't display any hardware information at all (individual scores-processor, memory, graphics,etc.) Here is the attached screenshot:

I have tried using sfc /scannow command, but no errors were found. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have been searching through these forums without any luck and I've also used several search engines to try seek help. I've yet to come across anyone with this same issue. My computer is stable, so should I even worry about this?
