can't access folders with 2 win7 PCs

hi

I can't access the folder across the home network on another Win7 pc, even though I can see them. Says that I do not have permissions, have granted everyone full access. Have shared folders and turned off network passwords. XP is OK, only the other Win7 PC.

Still no go, any suggestions

These are folder on both the C: & D: drives of the new Win7 PC. Can see them, but not access them from any other PC in the group.

From the new Win7 PC I can both see and read/modify all files on the other Win7 and XP PCs.
