One way is to download the big version of SDI ( it is huge ) on another machine. Copy it to usb stick, then transfer it to the hd on the samsung rv510
Or you could download the small version of SDI on another machine and tell it to download anything that looks like net driver packs from its list. That will be a lot smaller
Download
Snappy Driver Installer Origin – The original driver installation tool for Windows.
Much easier: If you know the exact driver, you can d/l it directly on your desktop pc , then copy to usb stick and then plug the usb into samsung to transfer it.
Then unzip it, and use device manager to browse to the unzipped folder.
I think it is these for your machine:

For future reference:
a good way to search for drivers is to get the ID for the missing driver ( type msinfo32 into the start seach box , click it when it pops up. Then select components>problem devices which will list the ids )
ID looks something like this : PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_002B&SUBSYS_E025105B
then you can search for the id on the internet
