Solved Can't copy and paste

I dont know why... but it just happened.... just last night i right click on a file....then i right click on a folder then i pasted it...but only herd the windows beep sound ...nothing was pasted.... i dont know why what i did...so the next morning i run a scan with malwarebytes nothing was found also with eset.... and comodo...firewall was configured to not to interfere or anything...adn recently comodo acted strange like...every time i run an application it will ask explorer.exe wants to access this and that

but i can copy paste through drag and drop.... T_T
i tried sfc/ scannow

good to know.the SFC always requires reboot.
just for confirmation, you restarted then it worked?
