Cant download IE9

I cannot download IE9 from the Microsoft website. I get a message saying "Unable to download IE9-Windows7-x64-enu.exe from download Microsoft.com"

I am logged into my admin account, so I should be able to do this.

Oh, and a second error I've received: "Cannot download xxxx connection with server was reset.

I have Norton 360 and CounterSpy as my virus/mal/spy ware programs and all are up to date and scans do not reveal any errors.

Any ideas?
