Can't download SURT tool to fix...?

For the last two months I have been having to reinstall the same win updates over & over?-
Now its the Windows Malicious Software Removal tool that keeps coming up, and as soon as I install it
the updt icon immediately pops up saying updates are ready for your computer (over & over)?

I tried to download the Win7 32-bit SURT tool from your forum link, but it says it's Not available?

The most likely reason for the MSRT to repeat is that it crashed at some point.
The most likely reason for that, is that the machine is infected.

Please download and install Malwarebytes Anti-malware (free version) from http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ - UNtick 'Enable free trial of MBAM Premium' at the end of the installation - and update it, then run a full scan in your main account, and Quick scans in any other user accounts.
