cant enable wifi. turn on wifi button grayed out

My laptop is Sony VAIO sve 1711 q1eb my adaptor atheros ar 9485. the drivers are reinstalled normally , the wireless service is enabled , the adaptor is enabled but I can't see any available networks (my router is OK I checked it ) and when I go to mobility centre the turn on wireless button is grayed out and my laptop doesn't have any physical WiFi button or any shortcut
And I am sure I did not install any programmes or something

The WiFi worked normally after I installed the driver but some days after i booted it up and no connections

I downloaded the smart network but when I open it up nothing happens
